The Cello

Antoniette says she plays cello for Bob Bolding "because it blesses his heart and mine."

Dr. Robert Bolding is suffering from a Glioblastomaor a GBM.

He was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor in January of 2016.

He has always loved classical music, specifically, cello music. A brother and sister, young friends of his, came to his house and played for him when he was first sick. Now, as he lay in the hospital, they continue to visit him there and play for him there.

Live cello music is lulling him to sleep in his hospital room as he fights to keep his eyes open.  Family friend, Antoinette Rodriguez, the sister of Bob's young friend Diego, plays him his favorite classical tunes as he drifts in and out of his slumber.
